CBA Sponsorship Form

Every year, the Carlisle Baseball Association provides our players with a fun, competitive, and safe environment to learn and play baseball. Our program supports over 200 local players every year! Volunteers, parents, and players conduct the program through many countless hours of hard work. By making a league donation to CBA, it not only benefits the youth in our community, but also offers a great way to advertise your business. Additionally, 100% of your donation goes directly to this league in support of baseball teams, supplies, equipment, trophies, park improvement projects, and field maintenance.
